Yes, it is completely legal to buy a firearm online. First, you make
your purchase and then you contact the FFL you chose at checkout to facilitate the transfer.
It is best to contact the FFL dealer ahead of time. This will confirm that they are willing
to accept the transfer and you are comfortable with any fees they may charge for the
transfer.
As of right now we are seeing what we call real time approvals. We have
seen indivual form 4's approved as soon as a couple hours, but most people could expect
to see them approved within one week.
Federal law states that to buy a long gun you have to be 18 years
old to buy a long gun, and that you have to be 21 years old to buy a handgun. With that
being said the new rules from the ATF state that there is a 10 day waiting period for anyone
under 21 buying a firearm.

happy to accommodate purchases through our lay-a-way plan.There is no lay-a-way fee.
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Lay-a-way contracts are only 90 days, unless
otherwise authorized by a CGS manager. New lay-a-way contracts cannot be created if you have
another delinquent lay-a-way contract. If you do not pay the balance of your order in full
within the 60 day period, the contract is void, the item will be returned to inventory, and
you are not entitled to any refund on the initial deposit and all other payments will be
reserved as store credit. No price adjustments are allowed for sales and no exchanges.
Buyers can get a full refund of all monies paid if the order is canceled within seven days
of your initial deposit.
