A true quick detachable 45 rail offset adapter for any Picatinny accessory. This can be used on typical quad-rail hand guards to yield a 45 on bore axis position (1:30 or 10:30 position). For example the JPoint or JP Short Range Tactical Sight (JPSRTS) can be mounted on two JPROS at 1:30 for a right-handed operator.
